FAQ
What is your turn-around time?
This one is a bit tricky because it varies from season to season. Spring and Fall Wedding season and during the holidays turn-around time could be a bit on the longer end but usually for all lifestyle sessions the turnaround time for receiving your gallery is about 1-2 weeks. As for weddings, you should expect to have your gallery ready before 90 days.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No. You will receive a personal use print release for all sessions/events booked with me. However, if you would like to print with me (or chat about any custom design needs) I do offer all kinds of print options from anything card stock like holiday cards to big prints on canvas, metal, or wood. If you have any specific print (or design) needs please let me know and we can discuss options.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
YES! Probably one of my favorite things! My wedding prices (in most cases) remain the same. However I do require a travel fee. If you are thinking of booking a destination wedding, let's talk details!
What if I want to reschedule or cancel?
Unfortunately rescheduling or canceling will require you to forfeit your retainer. When booking a session you will be required to pay a retainer (session fee) that guarantees you a specific date and time and once that is paid you are put on my calendar and that slot is considered booked. If you choose to reschedule to another date you will be required to pay a new retainer/deposit for the new date and time.
There are NO REFUNDS for cancelations.
*I do occasionally make some exceptions to this if our scheduled session is outdoors and it is pouring rain (or any other intense weather condition that won't allow us to shoot outdoors) However, rescheduling is only an option if I have another date available that I can move you to and that is all up to my discretion.
